Reality Capture Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

As the Reality Capture Project Manager, you will assist and help manage the project from start to finish to ensure it meets the project scope, budget, and schedule.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

  • Actively participates in onsite field scanning.
  • Participates and oversees in the assembly of the data mapping to create a high-level 360 virtual layout and digital twin copy, including client information and branding.
  • Reviews and participates in the scanning process and data downloads to ensure the project scope is being followed and data is being accurately stored.
  • Reviews, organizes, and provides clarity to the project plans and flow to ensure it is in line with the scope of the project sold, the budget, and the schedule.
  • Reviews job specifications and assists in the project quoting with clients.
  • Reviews the final approved Project Scope with the customer to ensure clear expectations on the process, dates, and delivery.
  • Leads a project team and reviews the overall scope, budgeted hours, and deadlines to ensure the team understands and can meet the expectations.
  • Handles complex issues related to the project scope, timelines and budget to ensure all customer and business goals are achieved.
  • Assists with the Project Kick Off and participates in the project at the client site or remotely to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Review’s safety protocol with the team prior to the start of all projects to ensure everyone is following best practices each and every day.
  • Mentors’ others to help build the competencies of the team.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Experience in Civil Engineering, Land Survey, GIS, Construction Management, or Virtual Design is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in one of the above fields or similar is preferred.
  • Experience: Familiarity with Reality Capture, LIDAR and BIM is important. Surveying skills preferred, with some project management experience and mentoring skills required.
  • Certification(s): Project Management Certification would be a plus.
  • Functional Skills: Excellent project, process, and time management skills; ability to multi-task and able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness on the job with excellent follow through to ensure successful projects every time.  Ability to think conceptually to manipulate the software data to meet the project scope; excellent resource management, strong project budget management skills, , and strong business/problem-solving skills to manage projects to the goals.
  • Technology Aptitude/Skills: Expertise in Microsoft, scheduling software, familiar with Autodesk and other technical software programs required. Familiarity with AWS cloud services and API (Application Program Interfaces) a plus; will provide training on the current processes and software used.

BIM Modeler Lead

What You’ll Do:

As the BIM Modeler, you will work collaboratively with Project Management to ensure client 3D deliverables meet specifications and are completed to the highest level of detail and accuracy according to company defined quality standards.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

  • Sets up models for production, optimizing Revit modeling workflows to meet business standards.
  • Leads, identifies, comprehends, and follows project BIM standards when developing 3D model content ensuring an accurate process.
  • Reviews project modeling work to ensure accuracy and correct technique.
  • Monitors model adherence to current project standards and established modeling protocols.
  • Works without day-to-day supervision and makes technical and supervisory decisions for projects assigned within specified limits of authority.
  • Communicates with management about all aspects and obstacles of the project in a timely manner.
  • Prepares daily time sheets, data logs, expense reports and change orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Creates and maintains Revit Families and well-organized BIM/CAD project folders for accurate recordkeeping.
  • Completes 3D modeling work as requested in Revit in a timely and efficient manner.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Information Modeling, Construction Graphics, Construction Management with BIM minor, Design/Drafting and/or Architecture required.
  • Experience: Background in HVAC a plus. 4+ years of experience in Revit or a combination of completed Revit coursework (Junior or Senior year students preferred). Revit experience and knowledge must be at a mid-level. BIM Modeling skills will require knowledge in all AEC disciplines; architectural, structural & MEP. Experience and desire to develop/control/maintain office Revit standards.

Business Development Manager

What You’ll Do:

As the Business Development Manager, you will research, plan, prioritize, and execute on sales opportunities on focused on the innovative 3D Indoor Mobile Mapping & BIM Solutions, to meet or exceed revenue and net operating profit goals.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

  • Research, plans, and executes on established sales action plans, leads and prospects to add on new customers, while growing current customer usage, that will meet or exceed revenue & profit goals.
  • Builds long-term relationships with customers through continual “check-ins”, appointments, and some social activities to maintain the current business.
  • Sets priorities and establishes a 90-day calendar plan to use time wisely and to make appointments on time with the enthusiasm that will make things happen!
  • Prepares targeted presentations and handles objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreement, and working through differences to close the sale. Brings Subject Matter Experts to appointments, where applicable, for complex sales.
  • Prepares proposals, alongside the Management team, to ensure the customer’s needs are targeted, while also maintaining the profit level goals for the business.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, STEM, or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of progressive and proven consultative Sales and Business Development results, within a related CAD/BIM or LIDAR, high-technology , facility management, architecture, engineering, or construction technology industry is required. Experience in creating detailed proposals is also preferred.

  • Functional Skills: Strong technical aptitude, who enjoys “techy” products; has the ability to research, plan, and execute on daily activities to achieve sales & profit goals are required; Advanced skills in managing multiple priorities, time management, and follow through; forward-thinking; demonstrates a strong level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness on the job while also handling a thorough quoting process. Strong ability to read, analyze, and to interpret complex documents; ability to problem-solve, manage conflict, and make sound and rational decisions while exercising independent judgment.
  • Technology Aptitude/Skills: Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe skills. Experience with NavVis mapping and navigation is desired. Previous experience with using sales management tracking tools is preferred; training will be provided on the current processes and software used.
